Tenant Screening

We conduct extensive screening on all tenants and perform background checks to find you the perfect tenants. You never have to worry about who is renting your home. Our extensive application process includes:

• Criminal History Background Check
• Past Rental Verification
• Credit Check

In addition to bringing you the BEST tenant, we will help you negotiate any rent or pet agreements, as well as guide you through the tenant's move-in process so that you know exactly what to expect.

We also provide a FREE 12-month tenant guarantee, meaning that if your tenants move out for any reason in the first 12 months, we will find you a new tenant FREE OF CHARGE!

Once your tenant's lease terms are up, we charge a $99 lease renewal fee, which allows us to:

• Review the tenant's "renter behavior" to advise you whether they should be renewed
• Provide a complimentary additional inspection (upon request)
• Review a market analysis to assess the current market value and determine an appropriate rent increase
• Obtain rent increase while eliminating vacancy costs
