Stacie works directly alongside Johna to improve the operational success of Walker Real Estate Rentals. She oversees the business development and plays a key leadership role in combining sound management principle duties across multiple departments, with a commitment to providing superior service to all property owners and tenants. She takes pride in using her competitive spirit, leadership abilities and willingness to work as a means to benefit others.
Brenda Fields » Property Manager
Brenda joined the Walker Real Estate Rentals Team in 2016. Having trained every department, she has a wide range of knowledge in all things property management. She works directly with Johna to expertly handle all rentals, whether that means you are an owner or a renter in one of Fort Leonard Wood’s many nearby communities.
Nick Geiger » Showing Specialist
Nick specializes in showing properties. He has lived in Waynesville/St. Robert since 2005 so he knows the area and our properties well. Just call the office to schedule an appointment to see one of our properties and Nick will coordinate a virtual showing or take you out to the homes to find the best fit for your needs.
Kevin Albrecht » Maintenance Coordinator
It’s Kevin’s job to make the homeowner aware of any problems that may come up with their home. He works with both tenants and vendors to make the necessary home repairs in a timely manner with the least amount of disruption as possible. He also works closely with our inspectors that go out to our properties to assure our homeowners and tenants that the properties are well maintained and cared for.
Our home inspectors dedicate their time to protecting the properties we have listed under property management. If you're a renter, you'll be seeing one of them for your semi-annual inspections. They create detailed inspection reports to send to the homeowner. If something's wrong with the property, one of our inspectors will help coordinate a contractor to come out and resolve the issue.
